TMJ dysfunction and treatment gave me a
better understanding of the etiology of the syndrome, and
the knowledge to apply my skills to address the
symptoms. I studied techniques that I had previously
been introduced to in more depth, and witnessed first
hand how powerful therapeutic massage is as a tool for
managing pain. The Case Study Contest has been a
phenomenal experience, and I am looking forward to the
opportunity to share this experience when I present
